Reason to live?...
The only purpose in life, the only reason for living, is to find your truth and have the pleasure of following it...

The misrepresentation of love...
Love need not manifest itself in worry and sadness...love can and does exist even in pure happiness...yet, for us humans, tears become the proof of love...

Mr. Ebert outdoes himself...
Roger Ebert stands out this week...he is the only reviewer to have spoken decently of Gigli...which means that I will continue to disregard his reviews...
Not that Mr. Ebert is not a good writer...his non-review articles and books are pretty good...however, I always find his reviews shallow and artificial...even when I agree with his ratings, I don't agree with his reviews...

Faith...
If we truly believed in God, we wouldn't ask for anything because, being a part of us, he already knows what we want...every time we ask for something, doesn't it show a lack of faith on our part?...
The self...
I live only for myself...my responsibility begins and ends with me...and I will not let anyone else's judgements affect the way I live...I define my life, I define my death, I define my success, I define my failure, I define my happiness, I define my peace...and I live for the sole purpose of attaining bliss every single moment...I will not do anything that disturbs my paradise...
Whatever I do, I do it only for myself...
I love myself...only myself...
And that is why I am alone in this world...I came into this world alone, I will leave this world alone, and I will be alone every moment that I am here...yes, there are people around me...but their self is not a part of me...their existence in my sphere is only what I want it to be, and that can never be their self...I only have myself, and that is all I will ever have...I am my only friend...I am my only enemy...I am my only loyal companion...
I am my world...
Understanding this is the only way I can remove myself from anger, hatred, worry, sadness and jealousy...
This does not mean I do not believe in God...I do...and I also believe that finding the path he has chosen for me is the only way I can find him...and to do that, I have to live for what is within me...not what is behind me or before me or around me, but only what is within me...

Who am I?...
Your existence, your essence, changes every single moment that you live...which means that you die every moment that you live...
Oh, and by the way, I am SPIDERMAN...

Pride rocks...
Marched in the pride parade yesterday...was a lot of fun...can't believe the number of people who came to watch it...not an inch of empty space all along the march route...but then Vancouver is supposed to be the third most friendly city for LGT's in North America...that is one of the reasons why I love Vancouver so much...this city for the most part allows you to be whatever you want to be...
The pride parade is a good idea...people still need courage to "come out of the closet"...and seeing others take pride in what they are does instill courage...and also, I like to see people happy and enjoying themselves...which is what the parade is all about...
Best thing about the parade though...I got two free t-shirts...
