BE TO NOT OR BE TO (Shooter):
Build in cordial glass. Haphazardly pour 1/2 oz. of the cold, unwavering Russian clarity of Vodka, where the method and content captures the irreverent, cynical clarity of that Danish Prince and his flaccid will. Add 1/4 oz. of Grand Marnier to emphasize the peculiar royal (i.e. expensive and subtle) quality of said Prince's deliberations. Top off with 1/4 oz. of fruity, playful Melon Liquer to turn the ponderous i-want-my-daddy brattishness of Hamlet on its head. Perfect preparation for any Tom Robbins novel. Use same proportions for a sipping cocktail, ideal as a reminder of humanity while listening to new age audio tapes, or Noam Chomsky.
